have young children at home and need a 56K dialup connection.
SafeDial includes the strength of our BizDial ISDN service
with the added perk of a "built-in" filter to protect
your children from vulgar material on the Internet.
The filter is essentially a proxy server that scans
for derogatory words and content as a page attempts
to load. If the filter detects any of these things,
it simply blocks the loading of that particular site,
and then displays a warning message. The filtering server
is top-of-the-line and will not interfere with your
connection speed to the Internet. This is the best way
to filter Internet content as it does not require you
to install problematic third-party filtering software.
By having the filtering server at our site, it avoids
the possibility of disabling the filtering features.
An ISDN user needs to order a dual-channel ISDN line
from their local phone company (about the same price
as having two typical phone lines), and purchase an
